Sansevieria Samurai Variegata

It has a short stature, only growing 4-6” tall. The short, green leaves have a pronounced V-shape with a slight red tint on the leaf edges and leaf tips, and they arise on the stem in an alternating pattern.

This plant requires infrequent watering after the soil gets dry, and overwatering the plants should be avoided at all costs. They grow best in the full or partial sun under some indirect sunlight but bright shade. It can also tolerate a wide range of light from full sun to deep shade conditions.
